- Payment transaction details processed securely via Razorpay (we never store full card/UPI details)
- Vehicle number (only noted for security or if your vehicle is left unattended)
- CCTV footage of the charging area (for safety & security – retained for 30 days only)
How We Use Your Information
We only use your data to:
- Provide charging services and digital receipts
- Contact you if your auto/e-vehicle is left plugged in after session ends
- Prevent misuse or theft of charging slots
- Improve our service quality
We Do Not
- Sell or share your data with anyone for marketing
- Store complete payment card details
- Use CCTV footage for any purpose other than security
