We want every e-rickshaw driver and EV owner to have a smooth charging experience.
When You Are Eligible for a Refund
- Full Refund: Charger completely fails to deliver power after successful payment (our technical fault)
- Partial Refund: Charging stops before the paid time due to power failure or equipment issue on our side
- Full Refund: Double payment made by mistake for the same session
How to Claim Your Refund
- Inform our on-site attendant immediately or call 99011 57377 / 97394 62813
- Show your Razorpay payment receipt/transaction ID
- Refund will be processed instantly in cash or back to the same UPI/source within 24 hours
No Refund Situations
- Vehicle battery is already full and stops accepting charge
- User unplugs and leaves before paid time ends
- Power cut from electricity board (KPTCL/MESCOM)
- Wrong cable or vehicle-side charging issue
