Terms & Conditions - Shalom EV Charging Station

By using our charging station, you agree to the following:

Charging rate: ₹10 per 15 minutes (or part thereof)
Payment must be completed before or during charging via QR/Razorpay or cash
Users must unplug and move their vehicle immediately after session ends to allow others to charge
Overstaying after paid time may attract additional charges
Shalom EV is not responsible for damage to vehicle or battery due to user error or vehicle fault
No commercial washing, repairs, or passenger loading in charging area
Parking only for active charging – idle parking not allowed
Management reserves the right to refuse service in case of misuse
CCTV recording in operation for everyone’s safety

We support e-rickshaw drivers – fair use keeps prices low for everyone!
