Welcome to Shalom EV Charging Station (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our services at SHALOM, MR Bhat Road, Marnamikatta, Jeppu, Kankanady P.O, Mangalore – 575002, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
- We provide EV charging services for 3-wheelers & 4-wheelers.
- Charging is based on a pay-per-use model, with payments processed via Razorpay.
3. Payment & Pricing
- Customers must pay before starting a charging session.
- The charging fee is ₹10 per 15 minutes.
- Payments are non-refundable once charging begins.
4. Usage Guidelines
- Users must connect only compatible EVs to our charging points.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring their charging session and unplugging their vehicle on time.
- Tampering with the charging equipment is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for any damage to vehicles due to customer negligence or faulty EV batteries.
- Charging availability is subject to power supply and station uptime.
- The company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating the rules.
6. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
